Disconnect

Remove access completely.

Disconnecting stops future API access without changing or deleting any accounting records in QuickBooks Online.

Disconnect in two places

  1. In QuickBooks Online, open Apps or Connected apps, find Olivier & Yola Finance Reader, and choose Disconnect.
  2. On the owner's Mac, run the connector's disconnect command to remove its client ID, client secret, refresh token, company identifier, and environment setting from macOS Keychain.
  3. Delete any reports or analyses the owners deliberately saved as files if those copies are no longer wanted.

The public website does not hold QuickBooks accounting data or OAuth credentials, so there is no website database to purge.
